THE SUMMIT is a program of Turning Point USA, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization founded in 2012 by Charlie Kirk. The organization’s mission is to identify, educate, train, and organize students to promote the principles of freedom, free markets, and limited government.

Our Mission

Launched in August 2022 and rapidly expanding in 2023 due to immense demand, THE SUMMIT’s mission is to revive the masculine heart firmly founded in biblical principles by creating men who are physically, mentally, and spiritually fit. We seek to develop purpose-driven men who are leaders ready to serve their God, their family, and their nation.

Our Objectives

Through THE SUMMIT, Turning Point USA seeks to achieve these five objectives:

  • Make men comfortable in chaos by immersing them in harsh environments and pushing them past their limits.

  • Strengthen men’s physical and spiritual bodies by intense physical activity and mental conditioning.

  • Prepare men for battles against hard times and false ideologies through an understanding of strong men from the bible and throughout history.

  • Prepare men to stand up for the weak, lead families, and guide communities.

  • Teach men the value of self-control and doing what is right over what feels good.

Your Challenges

As an attendee to THE SUMMIT, you will be challenged in three directions: inward, outward, and upward.

  • Inward: Self-reflection, assessment, and correction are the first areas of focus at THE SUMMIT, helping men to become the strong men they were created to be.

  • Outward: Once a man knows who he is, he must discover the role he plays in the world, as a leader, protector, and provider. During THE SUMMIT, men were called to reflect on their current situation and how they could improve their outward influence on their families, their communities, their work, and their churches.

  • Upward: When things get tough, strong men look to God to help them weather the storm, not worldly desires, vices, and distractions. Men give gratitude to God for their victories and takes lessons from their defeats. Men look upward and build their relationship with God through prayer, meditation, journaling, and community.
